A Couple Resources for Anti-Racism

This is not the time for my voice and my feelings, other than to say, I am grieved by and ashamed of the racial injustices that just keep happening in our country. There is a lot of work for us to do to bring about meaningful and lasting change, both on an individual level and on a wider systemic level. And that work begins with white people apologizing and repenting, listening to our friends and leaders who are POC, and learning about the history and implications of our country’s racism.

Here are some resources and leaders that I’ve been grateful to hear from:

There are a lot of resources available right now — the ones listed above are only where I have started. There’s so much work to do.

  1. Yes, I agree. It saddens my heart to think anyone would believe the action of violence is ok. We have forgotten that love and kindness is what God requires of us.
